Beachfront Sullivans Island Home sets the price record for 2021
Congratulations to Robertson Allen and The Cassina Group for representing the seller (and the buyer) on this remarkable Sullivan’s Island transaction. As a rare front beach offering with a private boardwalk, this custom project came with quite an asking price, along with many challenges from a marketing standpoint.
After a summer on the market with little interest, upon receiving the listing Cassina Group immediately retained Keen Eye Marketing to assist in creating a dynamic marketing package that would sell the Sullivan’s Island lifestyle as much as the property.
Led by creative director Andy Lassiter, Keen Eye Marketing developed a dynamic marketing plan that included original scriptwriting, voice over narration, and hired models through Charleston talent agency, Coastal Talent. Lassiter worked closely with the agency to craft the script, scout locations, and direct talent on-camera for both video and lifestyle photography.
In addition to stunning real estate photography, and aerial drone photography, Keen Eye created a custom video voiced by Allen himself that generated thousands of views and great traction on social media channels.
