2. Use Voiceover

After your intro, let the video roll while you do the talking! The power of suggestion is truly an amazing thing. Add creative language to your video to sell the finest points of your listing and the surrounding area. Practice reading your script with good inflection and enthusiasm so you are ready to roll on shoot day. And record as many takes as you need until it feels “just right!”

3. Be Sincere
