Unique properties deserve unique marketing!   In the case of 4 Country Club Drive- the location and lifestyle were critical for marketing an extremely custom home.  Keen Eye worked closely with the agents and Dunes Properties marketing director Traci Magnus to create a comprehensive image gallery for print and web, along with a cinematic property film that included custom scenes, on-camera introduction, and high definition interior work for placement on the web, paid ads, and social media.  The property went under contract within a month representing the largest sale on James Island in 2019.
