  5. Once you’re done editing, tap “Next”.
  6. On the posting screen, you’ll see an option for “Stories” alongside the regular posting options. It’s typically marked with a profile icon that has a little “+” sign on it. This indicates that you’re posting to your TikTok Story, not your main feed.
  7. You can add a caption if you want, but it’s optional for Stories. Remember, TikTok Stories are more about sharing spontaneous moments, so a detailed description isn’t always necessary.
  8. Before posting, you can adjust your privacy settings if you only want certain users to see your Story.
  9. When you’re ready to share your Story, tap on the “Post to Story” button. Your Story will be live for 24 hours before it disappears.

Remember, TikTok Stories are a great way to share content that’s more fleeting or casual compared to the permanent posts on your profile. They allow for real-time engagement and can show a more authentic side of your personality or brand.

Website

Publishing videos on your website can vary based on your specific platform and needs. For the best results, it’s advisable to collaborate with your web developer. Typically, hosting the video on platforms like Vimeo or YouTube and embedding it onto your website is recommended. We suggest using the branded horizontal video for a professional and engaging presentation of your listings.

Email Signature

Enhance your email signature by adding a direct link to your video hosted on platforms like YouTube or Vimeo. This simple addition ensures that everyone you communicate with via email has the opportunity to view your captivating video content, increasing its reach and impact.

Email Newsletter

Incorporate your video content seamlessly into your email newsletters to captivate your audience. Include a link to the video on platforms like YouTube or Vimeo. Alternatively, if your newsletter system permits, consider embedding the video directly into your newsletter. The optimal method may vary depending on your provider, so explore the options available to you for the most effective presentation of your content.

Paid Advertising
Leveraging paid advertising is a powerful strategy to amplify your reach and engage with a broader audience. Here are some insights into how you can make the most of your videos through paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Sponsored posts.

Google Ads

  • YouTube Advertising: Given that YouTube is part of Google’s network, using your branded videos here can significantly increase visibility. You can choose from various ad formats, such as skippable in-stream ads, non-skippable in-stream ads, video discovery ads, and bumper ads. Select the format based on your campaign goals—awareness, consideration, or conversion.
  • Use Case: A branded video highlighting a property’s best features can be used as a skippable in-stream ad to capture the interest of potential buyers searching for real estate on YouTube.

Facebook Ads

  • News Feed Ads: Your branded and unbranded videos can be used to create compelling ads that appear directly in the News Feeds of your target audience. Optimize your video for the first few seconds to grab attention quickly.
  • Stories Ads: Use reels or short videos as Stories ads to provide a more immersive experience. Given the vertical format, these are particularly effective for showcasing properties in a dynamic and engaging way.
  • Use Case: A short, engaging reel could be used as a Story ad to quickly show off a property’s interior and exterior highlights, prompting viewers to swipe up for more information.

Instagram Sponsored Posts

  • Feed Ads: Similar to Facebook, you can use branded videos as sponsored posts in the Instagram feed. Since Instagram is highly visual, ensure your video is eye-catching and tells a compelling story.
  • Reels Ads: With the rising popularity of Reels, you can also opt to promote your video content as Reels ads. These allow for creative, short-form content that can quickly capture the essence of your property and encourage direct engagement.
  • Use Case: A beautifully crafted reel showcasing a day in the life at a listed property could serve as a Reels ad, appealing to the lifestyle aspirations of potential buyers.

Key Considerations for Paid Advertising with Videos

  • Target Audience: Understand who your ideal audience is and use the platform’s targeting options to reach them effectively.
  • Ad Objectives: Align your video content with your ad’s objectives, whether it’s to increase brand awareness, generate leads, or drive traffic to your website.
  • Platform Requirements: Each platform has specific requirements for video ads, such as length and format. Ensure your videos comply with these to avoid any issues.
  • Engagement Strategies: Include clear call-to-actions (CTAs) in your video and ad copy to guide viewers on what steps to take next.

Paid advertising with videos allows you to tell a story and connect with potential clients in a way that static ads cannot. By carefully selecting the right platforms and tailoring your content to meet your objectives, you can maximize the impact of your video marketing efforts. Remember, experimenting with different types of videos and ad formats can help you discover what resonates best with your audience.
